General provisions
- The mebags.pl online store is owned by Fashion Store Ewa Kołbon, ul.Żabiniec 64/32, 31-215 Kraków, VAT Identification Number: 7342981602, National Business Registry Number:121285747,
- Making a purchase is tantamount to accepting all the provisions of these regulations
- Product prices placed in the mebags.pl store are provided in PLN and contain all of its components, including VAT, customs duties and taxes, and do not include shipping costs. In our store, it is also possible to pay in Euro, all you have to do is change the currency in the top bar page.
- The prices provided by the goods are valid at the time of order.
- Placement of an order through mebags.pl is equal to a legally binding purchase and sale agreement.
- The mebags.pl online store reserves the right to change prices of goods and prices of shipment in the offer, to enter and remove goods from the offer, as well as to temporarily close the store.
- The mebags.pl online store reserves the right to carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the Store's websites or to make changes to them.
- In the case of a purchase of goods where an incorrect price is entered, either by the store or due to a server error, the buyer will be informed of this fact and the order will be canceled.
§2. Terms of orders and sales
- The condition to make a purchase in the store is to provide real personal data and a correct shipping address.
- To make a purchase, you must register - enter your details in the registration form, using the email address and password you have provided, log in to the store. You can now make submit orders.
- The order is approved for execution at the moment of receipt of information from the store's system (placement of order by customer and after payment) and sending of confirmation to the Customer by e-mail.
- Orders placed on weekdays after 2 p.m., on Saturdays, on Sundays and on holidays will be considered on the next business day. Before order execution, they can be confirmed by phone or e-mail by the store’s staff.

- Pictures and other forms of visualization and presentation of objects on the website do not reflect their actual size and are for information purposes only.
- Because a large number of products from our store are available in several models, there is a risk that the product will be purchased by another customer while you continue shopping. In such a situation, our team will contact you immediately. Then, there will be a possibility of completing an additional order for a given model. We will then try to make a given bag model at an express rate (depending on our workshop capabilities), in the absence of a given leather type, we will offer a different solution.
§3. Shipping time - Order execution
- The delivery time includes the time for picking up the order and the time of delivery by the courier company.
- In the absence of the ordered goods in the store, the store will immediately inform the Ordering Party about the fastest possible delivery time, and in the event of exhaustion of stocks, about the inability to complete the order.
- By default, we will ship the ordered goods up to 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) after approval of the order for processing. If this deadline is exceeded, we inform the customer about a delayed shipment. The maximum time from accepting an order to shipping is 30 business days.
- The mebags.pl online store is not responsible for late delivery of the parcel by the courier.
- Courier shipment is delivered on the next business day after it has been taken from the sender's warehouse.
- The goods ordered in the mebags.pl store are sent to any addresses indicated.
§4. Payments and Transport
- The mebags.pl online store offers the following methods of payment:

- An order that exceeds PLN 500 is sent free of charge, at the store's cost.
- The shipping cost when the value of order is less than PLN 500 is PLN 14.

§5. Receipts and invoices
- A receipt is attached to each completed order.
- A VAT invoice is issued at the request of the customer, after providing all the data needed to issue an invoice.
- The receipt or invoice should be kept in case of possible returns or complaint.
§6. Warranty
- All me&BAGS products are covered by a two-year warranty period from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all defects resulting from the fault of the manufacturer. The guarantee does not cover:
- natural wear
- mechanical damage
- defects visible on the day of purchase, assuming that the buyer knew about them at the time of purchase
- dirt
- damages caused as a result of improper use
- differences in the color and structure of the skin, refractions or wrinkles formed during use resulting from the natural properties of the skin
§7. Returns, Exchanges and Complaints
- Terms of return without giving reasons:
- In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, the buyer has the right to resign from the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. The condition for acceptance of the return is the transfer to me&BAGS information about withdrawal from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods and return of the goods in an intact, complete condition.
- The return of the value of goods will be made to the indicated account within 7 business days from the date of acceptance of the return by the store's service.
- Conditions for the exchange of a purse:
- Purchased bags can be exchanged for a different color or model. The bag should be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery (the date of receipt on the delivery note is determinant). Items returned later will not be accepted. Any subsequent replacement should be agreed.
- The exchange of the purchased bag is possible only when it was unused, it is complete and undamaged by the customer.
- We do not accept parcels sent back to us in cash on delivery form (please note: please do not confuse with orders sent to you as cash on delivery).
- In order for the exchange to be carried out quickly, it is necessary to:
- send the bag to the following address: Fashion Store Ewa Kołbon ul. Ładna 7,31-444 Kraków packed in a stiffened protective packaging that prevents the bag from being crushed and damaged.
- attach the original bill to the goods sent to us (receipt or invoice).
- The costs related to the exchange of the bag (costs of additional shipments and possible price difference) are covered by the buyer.
- Terms of complaints:
- If the bag ordered by the customer does not comply with the order specification or has defects, the store after positive consideration of the complaint will replace the defective product with a new one or return its equivalent.
- A return of the purchased bag is possible only when it was unused, it is complete and undamaged by the customer. This condition does not apply to complaints reported under the statutory warranty.
- We do not accept parcels sent back to us in cash on delivery form (please note: please do not confuse with orders sent to you as cash on delivery).
- In order for the complaint to be processed quickly:
- send the bag to the following address: Fashion Store Ewa Kołbon ul. Ładna 7,31-444 Kraków packed in a stiffened protective packaging that prevents the bag from being crushed and damaged.
- attach the original bill to the goods sent to us (receipt or invoice).
- Shipping costs related to the complaint are covered by the company, according to Poczta Polska's price list for national priority shipments.
- The return of the value of the goods will be made to the account indicated in the return form within 7 business days from the date of acceptance of the return by the store's service.
- Differences resulting from individual settings of the client's computer (color, proportions, etc.) cannot be the basis for a complaint of the purchased goods.
- Complaints do not cover:
- natural wear of the product,
- products having mechanical damage and damage resulting from lack of or incorrect maintenance.
§8. Privacy policy
- By registering, ordering or logging in, the Customer consents to the use of personal data provided in the registration form.
- The transfer of data takes place on the basis of art. 23 sec. 1 point 2 and point 3 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data.
- Personal data and address data provided during the registration process are stored in the me&BAGS Store database and will be processed and used only to fulfill orders and maintain contact with clients.
§9. Cookies Policy
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices by means of Cookie files used to display web pages requested by the User, by Fashion Store Ewa Kołbon based in Krakow (Administrator of Personal Data).
- Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to enter User Devices via this path. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and adjust the Website individually to each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, their storage time on the Device and the assigned value.
- The administrator uses two types of cookies:
- Session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the session of the given browser. The saved information is then permanently removed from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
- Persistent cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User's Device. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
- The User has the ability to limit or disable access of cookies to his Device. If you use this option, the use of the Portal will be possible, in addition to functions that, by default, require cookies.
- The Administrator uses Own Cookies for the following purposes:
- implementation of processes necessary for the full functionality of websites and an online store, in particular the execution of orders
- The administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:
- collecting general and anonymous static data via analytical tools of Google Analytics [cookie administrator: Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA],
- analysis and research as well as audience audit - creating anonymous statistics that help to understand how Website Users use Website pages, which allows improving their structure and content and matching the content of ads displayed on the Google Display Network (remarketing) [cookie administrator: Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA],
- The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User's Device via Cookies. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence, may be performed by the User using the web browser settings. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform them whenever Cookies are placed on the User's device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings.
- The User may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser he uses.
- Limiting the use of Cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
